› PARTICIPANTS

Young people 18yrs+, in charge of  youth associations and youth councils, youth technicians, councillors, socio-cultural coordinators, and professionals who do their job in areas linked to the issues of the Meetings, or young people, in general, who are interested in their thematic fields.


› FEES

The participation fee will be the following: 

• Board and lodging, the fee will be 84 Euros. The admitted ones whoare  holders of Euro Youth Card <26 will pay 42 Euros
• For those who do not want lodging, the fee will be 42 Euros. The admitted ones whoare holders of Euro Youth Card <26 will pay 21 Euros
• No board, no lodging, registration will be free

The fee includes board services, lodging ( when it applies ), participation in training activities and didactic material.

The exclusive participation in the workshops ( which in no case includes board or lodging ) will be free.


› APPLICATION FORM AND DEADLINE

The application forms for registration will be formalized in an only  model available on the Cabueñes Meetings webpage (http://www.cabueñes.org / www.cabuenes.org).

Deadline for registration :  August 29th


› SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS AND PAYMENT OF FEES

The participants who are selected will be notified of such result, having to pay the amount of  the fee through a deposit in cash or a bank transfer to the current account number 2048 0138 45 0340012813, which the Fundación Municipal de Cultura, Educación y Universidad Popular del Ayuntamiento de Gijón (Gijón City Council Municipal Foundation of Culture, Education & Popular University) has in CAJASTUR entity ( San Bernardo St, Gijón ) The receipt supporting the deposit of the fee and the possession the Euro Youth  Card <26, as the case may be, will be presented or sent by email or fax to Cabueñes Meetings Secretariat of Gijón OIJ before September 10th,  when people in the waiting list will start to be called.


› JOINING OF PARTICIPANTS

The reception of participants will be on Sunday, September 21st from 17 to 21 hrs, in Begoña Hotel (Avenida de la Costa, 44 – Gijón).


› TRAINING ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

The training activities will be held in the classrooms of Escuela Universitaria Jovellanos (Jovellanos University School ) and the Theatre of LAboral, City of Culture, with the following timetable :

• MEETINGS , mornings from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs (30 minute- break)
• WORKSHOPS (for participants in the MEETINGS), afternoons from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs
• WORKSHOPS (general public) : from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs

The workshops will be 2 hours long.
Outside the fixed timetable there will be complementary training-cultural and leisure  activities


› ACCOMMODATION

The registration fee includes board and lodging expenses ( when it applies ) in Begoña Hotel (Gijón). The rooms will be shared.
Those who take part in the Meetings will be able to join on Sunday 21st , September and will have to leave the room free on Saturday 27th, September, before 12 noon.
